Volume 1: Baking In My Definition
Hi! Today I am going to write about baking in my definition. According to Wikipedia, baking is a method of preparing food that uses dry heat, typically in an oven, but can also be done in hot ashes, or on hot stones.
For me, baking is just a way to relax. I always bake when I am free. I bake all kinds of things from butter cakes, gingerbreads, and German cookies, to, well... butter cookies, oreo cakes, and even green tea cakes!
